Returns
- 1All sales are final. For hygiene and safety reasons, our cosmetic products cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered — we cannot guarantee that a product has not been opened or used.
- 2Damaged, defective or wrong item (our error)? Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, with your order number and a photo. After verification, we replace or refund the item (return shipping at our expense where applicable).
- 3Missing item? Any claim must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order; no claim can be accepted after this period.
