To return a defective product, you need a return authorization number (RAN). To obtain one, please email us at info@corpaflora.com with the subject “RAN” and the reason for the return. We’ll then send you your return authorization number. We’ll ship you a new product free of charge or credit your account. Although our products suit delicate and sensitive skin, it is possible to develop an allergy to any substance, whether natural or chemical. We therefore recommend doing a patch test by applying a small amount of oil to the forearm and watching for any reaction or irritation.

It is best not to use our Antidote 02 Vitalité during pregnancy, as with all products containing retinol or retinoids. Bakuchiol, derived from babchi seeds, acts like retinol — even though it is gentler and has a different structure. Studies on this subject are, however, limited. Always consult your doctor for advice. Our products contain essential oils at a concentration not exceeding 1.2%. We recommend consulting a healthcare professional before use.
